For more than 16 years, Ivan has built his career at the intersection of business, branding, marketing, and relationships. As Founder and CEO of Ivan Estrada Properties and a Broker Associate with Douglas Elliman, he has completed more than 300 real estate transactions representing over $750 million in career sales, establishing himself among the top 1% of real estate professionals nationwide.

Before real estate, Ivan began his career as a CPA with Deloitte, giving him an unusually analytical foundation for an entrepreneur whose career would ultimately become deeply rooted in marketing, communication, and personal branding.

His work and expertise have been featured across national television and major media, including NBC’s Open House, HGTV’s House Hunters, Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing, Forbes, the Los Angeles Times, The Hollywood Reporter, and Dwell.

Ivan was recognized early in his career as one of the National Association of REALTORS® 30 Under 30 and has since received numerous industry honors, including recognition by RealTrends among the top real estate professionals in the country, Los Angeles Magazine as a Real Estate All Star, Newsweek’s America’s Best Realtors, and multiple Douglas Elliman sales awards.

Building Brand With Purpose.

But the brand behind the business became equally important to Ivan as the business itself.

He is the bestselling author of Brand With Purpose, which explored how authenticity, purpose, expertise, and consistency can create a brand capable of building genuine trust. His TEDx talk, “How to Build or Rebuild a Personal Brand,” has reached more than 100,000 viewers.

In 2021 and 2022, Ivan created and taught Brand With Video, a successful course focused on helping professionals use video, storytelling, and personal branding to grow their businesses and become more visible in their industries.

He has also spoken and taught on branding, business, marketing, artificial intelligence, and real estate for organizations and industry platforms including the California Association of REALTORS®, Inman, and The Real Deal.

Ivan earned his degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Southern California and later participated in Stanford University’s Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative through the Latino Business Action Network.
